In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall govern.

As a client of Bellus Logistics LLC, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information regarding pickup locations, delivery addresses, and item descriptions • Ensure that items tendered for delivery are properly packaged and lawful to transport • Not tender prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items for delivery • Provide reasonable access for pickup and delivery • Notify us promptly of any changes to delivery instructions

Bellus Logistics LLC will not transport items that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by applicable law or regulation. This includes but is not limited to controlled substances (unless properly licensed), weapons, explosive materials, and items that pose a risk to our personnel or the public. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment at our discretion.

Bellus Logistics LLC's liability for loss, damage, or delay of any shipment is limited to the actual value of the item(s) as declared at the time of service, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or acts of third parties.

Payment terms are established in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bellus Logistics LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Bellus Logistics LLC understands the sensitive nature of many deliveries, particularly in the medical and legal fields. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and the contents of deliveries entrusted to us. Our personnel are trained to handle sensitive materials with discretion and professionalism.

All content on the Bellus Logistics LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bellus Logistics LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
